DR.
CATHY LYNCH
ONE OF THE FIRST VOLUNTEERS
As early as 2009 Ms Deen Selwood, Nansukusa Lydia and Festus Bazira developed an idea of supporting needy and vulnerable children who had been affected and infected by HIV/AIDS and othe domestic insecurity. The idea was backed by a volunteer from Canada (Prof. Merion Doreen Selwood)
One of the urgent needs was providing educational support. This resulted into establishment of a home for such children which later developed into a full nursery and primary school under the title: FUTURE DIPLOMATS EDUCATION CENTRE then the primary section was registered with the Ministry of Education as a full primary with a national P.L.E examination center
Vision:
the SCHOOL envisions the restoration of children's hope through improved quality of life by providing a holistic type of education
This school was originary dependant on volunteers and children sponsorship until early 2020 when Covid-19 totally affected the sponsorship and funding.
You can give support in terms of direct sponsorship of a child, or general donation towards school development and renovations.
